We have several delivery options available. Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout. Orders placed before 12:00 Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the following working day except for orders placed on a Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday any orders placed will be shipped next working day.

International Shipping 

We are a UK-based business. If you are purchasing from overseas, we send all orders via express shipping. Please note that if this item maybe subject to additional import VAT/duty charges once it has reached your country of origin, these costs are not our responsibility and are payable by you. These costs are imposed by your local government, so please check your local government site before purchasing for their rules and costs associated with importing from the UK.

If you place an order and reject the shipment due to any additional charges, the item could be destroyed by the courier or it may be returned to PH Aesthetics Solutions.

If the shipment is destroyed, a refund will not be applicable. If the items are returned, any costs associated with the return will be deducted from final refunds.

Refunds will only be issued once the items have been received and checked by PH Aesthetics Solutions.
